Your First Visit, Registration, and Login

The public home explains the available product areas. Public Knowledge articles, Castle Position application routes, and enabled Lab modules can work without a signed-in session. Shared rosters, event records, personal history, imports, and manager workspaces require an account with the right scope.

Register or request an account

Choose the visible registration action and complete the required identity fields. Registration behavior is configured for the platform: the account can be created immediately or remain an account request for an authorized reviewer. Keep the confirmation and do not submit duplicates while a request is pending.

Community selection and unlisted kingdoms

• Select existing or enter new: Choose an existing Kingdom from the list, or select the option to enter an unlisted numeric Kingdom (such as 104 or 1625) and optional suggested kingdom name.
• Alliance tag and name: Select an existing alliance or enter your alliance's TAG and name if it is not yet registered.
• In-Game ID: Enter your player In-Game ID in the kingdom. This allows administrators to accurately connect your account with your governor record.

Holding Realm isolation and overflow protection

• Holding Realm quarantine (Server 0): No user is ever granted direct global access. If your requested Kingdom has not yet been accepted or created by an administrator, your account is placed safely in Holding Realm (Pending Placement) on Server 0 with alliance [UNA] Pending Assignment. This gives you safe viewer access to product tools while your kingdom request is reviewed. When leadership accepts and provisions the kingdom, your account is automatically reassigned.
• 10-Alliance limit overflow: Free subscription kingdoms are capped at 10 tracked alliances. If you belong to an unlisted alliance or the kingdom is at capacity, the platform places you into the kingdom's designated overflow alliance ([UNA] General Kingdom Members) while saving your specific alliance in notes. You receive immediate kingdom member access within subscription limits.
• Accelerated review instructions: If kingdom leadership configured accelerated review instructions, a contact message will appear upon registration explaining how to contact administrators (such as via Discord or Telegram) for fast approval.

If registration is unavailable, use the configured support or community onboarding route. Do not ask another player to share an account.

Sign in

Enter the account identifier and password on Login. After success, open Profile and verify the displayed account and linked player. Navigation is rebuilt from current assignments and feature availability, so two users can see different groups.

Recover a password

Choose Forgot password and follow the public recovery instructions. Depending on current configuration, recovery can send a reset route or create a request for an authorized account reviewer. Use only the latest valid reset flow. Support should never ask for the old or new password.

First signed-in checks

1. Confirm account details and the linked player or pending-link state.
2. Check the active kingdom and alliance.
3. Open a personal page such as My Analytics, My Rewards, or My Appointments when visible.
4. For shared work, confirm the scope again before Save, Accept, or Publish.

Self-service access and kingdom requests

Once signed in, registered users can open Access Requests (/access-requests) from the navigation menu or Profile. This dedicated space allows you to:

• Request creation of a new Kingdom by providing the numeric server code and suggested kingdom name.
• Request creation of a new Alliance by providing its tag and name.
• Request role elevation to Alliance Admin, Kingdom Admin, Co-Leader, or Moderator.
• Request all three together in an All-in-One submission.
• Track review status in real time with status badges and administrator notes.

First-visit and sign-in landmarks

Public navigation changes after authentication and assignment resolution.

• Public home links to Login, registration, Knowledge Hub, Castle Positions, and available Lab tools.
• Registration or account-request form with submitted or review feedback.
• Login fields and Forgot password route with public recovery status.
• Signed-in profile menu, active community context, role-based navigation, and missing-access message.

Purpose, decision path, and first-session example

The workflow separates registration, approval, sign-in, password state, player link, and scope so one success is not mistaken for all access. Example: Ivo registers and can sign in, but management navigation is absent. Account state passes; his alliance assignment has not been approved. He can use permitted member views while the responsible manager reviews the assignment. The output is a usable account with limited actions, not a failed registration. Account recovery cannot grant a role or premium plan. If blocked, preserve the public status, approximate time, and account identifier, never the password.

Try a small Castle plan before registering

Guests can open the Local Castle Planner for interactive half-hour slots and resource budgeting. No account or kingdom membership is required. Its data stays in that browser and is not a shared or published kingdom schedule.

Register when you need the managed workflow, account features, or eligible saved work. Registration starts your personal account on Free; protected community access and management roles still require the appropriate approval.
