The content may be draft, archived, scoped, premium, unpublished, or outside the account access.
Safe checks and resolution
Confirm sign-in and scope, search from Knowledge Hub, check session activity, and ask the author or reviewer responsible for the space.
When to contact an authorized manager
Ask for help when the issue depends on role assignment, community scope, review status, or a locked workflow. Include the page name, visible message, selected scope, approximate time, and the safe steps already tried. Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys, or unrelated personal data.

Check audience and publication state
Search results depend on space, access, terms, and article status. Authors may see drafts while readers see the last published version. Verification has separate assigned, opened, verified, and expired states.
Worked example, recovery, and limitations
What you see: A reading code opens the article but submission is unavailable. Checks: Confirm the canonical article, active session, audience scope, assignment, marker progress, article completion, and whether a prior submission is final or retryable. Decision: An inapplicable, closed, archived, expired, or already completed assignment cannot accept a new submission. Recovery: A session manager reviews the assignment and classification; the reader should not create another account or article copy. Browser translation does not change marker identity and may mistranslate instructions. Include article title, session, assignment state, visible code error, and time, but never the private response content of another reader.
Use article access, source-language view, assignment progress, and session status as controls. Limitations include browser translation quality, closed-state immutability, and report access boundaries.
These controls cannot expose protected blocks, reopen an archived assignment, or replace human review. The safe output is the correct full, teaser, denied, retry, complete, or manual-review state with a traceable article and session.
