Core records
Scope is the kingdom or alliance context currently selected. Player is a governor record managed in that context. Event template is a reusable event definition; event instance is one occurrence. Result is a saved participation or score outcome.
Workflow states
Draft is still being prepared. Saved means information was stored but may not be submitted or published. Submitted means it entered a review workflow. Reviewed means an authorized person assessed it. Published means the approved result is visible to its intended audience. Archived keeps historical content outside normal active views. Soft-deleted means removed from ordinary lists but potentially restorable by an authorized workflow.
Community roles
Alliance leader and co-leader manage an alliance scope when assigned. King or kingdom manager works across the assigned kingdom. Minister of Justice is a scoped community role used for relevant kingdom workflows. Knowledge author prepares content but does not necessarily have publication authority.

Knowledge Hub contains guides and structured community content. Reading Verification records whether a reader submits the small fragment assigned within an article session. Lab is the group of simulators, optimizers, profiles, and reference data.

Distinctions that prevent mistakes
A template is reusable setup; an instance is its dated occurrence. A batch groups related input rows. Availability says whether an account can use a feature; permission says whether the current role can act on this record.
Use the noun shown beside the record before correcting it. A locked event instance needs its authorized correction path; deleting an import artifact will not roll back its applied batch; a published article needs a new draft revision; and Kick will not soft-delete the player. When asking for help, name the entity, scope, date or version, and visible state so the responsible manager can open the same object.
