Subscriptions, Requests, and Kingdom Grants

Subscriptions are available for different purposes. A personal account starts on Free and can use an eligible paid personal plan. Community features and usage limits are managed separately through alliance and kingdom plans and supported grants.

Request workflow

Open Support & Plans, compare the current plan cards and feature descriptions, then create a request for the intended alliance or kingdom workflow. A request can be submitted, under review, accepted, or declined. Use only the payment and support instructions displayed by the configured support area. Documentation does not provide alternate payment details.

Do not create repeated requests while one is pending. A payment or support conversation does not make a feature active until the effective plan view confirms it.

Direct alliance subscription

A direct plan applies to the named alliance. Members in another alliance do not inherit it, even in the same kingdom. If a player moves alliances, premium access follows the effective scope, not the player's previous membership.

Kingdom entitlement and grant

An authorized kingdom manager can allocate an eligible plan or feature set to an alliance. The alliance may need to accept the grant before it becomes effective. The grant can have its own state, limits, and availability. Revocation or expiry removes future premium actions but does not imply immediate deletion of ordinary saved records.

Effective plan

The current-features or effective-plan view is the final user-facing answer. It lists enabled features and visible limits for the active context. Feature names such as Player Cross-Event Analytics, Custom Analytics, premium comparisons, or premium processing can appear independently.

Subscription request and effective-plan landmarks

Confirm the target scope before submitting or accepting a grant.

• Active alliance or kingdom and current effective plan.
• Plan cards with features, limits, and Request Subscription action.
• Request status timeline and configured payment or support instructions.
• Kingdom allocation or alliance grant state, acceptance action, and enabled-feature summary.

Buying for yourself instead of a community

Open Personal subscription for an account-only plan. Free is the default; Premium or other configured personal plans provide only the listed personal benefits. The purchase is for your own signed-in account, with a private payment request and confirmation rather than an immediate charge or automatic renewal.

Personal plans do not grant roles, alliance quotas, kingdom membership, or subscriptions for other users. Read Free and Premium Personal Plans before purchasing.
