When to ask for help

Authors control drafts they are allowed to edit; reviewers control the applicable review decision. Editing a published article creates a new draft revision while readers keep the previous published revision until replacement publication.

Worked example and limits

Starting situation: A published kingdom guide contains an outdated instruction. Open it in Studio, create or continue the draft revision, change the relevant structured block, preview narrow and wide layouts, save, and submit for review. A requested-changes decision returns the revision to author work; approval allows publication. The output is a new identifiable published revision, not an in-place silent edit. Browser Translation Assistance does not create an official translated revision, and AI-assisted authoring cannot bypass source verification, access selection, or human review. If saving conflicts with a newer revision, preserve your text, reload the current draft, and reapply the intended change.
